Equipment

Beginners:

  • Shorts and t-shirt or a track suit is fine to begin with. Once you’re sure of your commitment an association Karate gi (suit) will be required before you attempt your first grading

Orange Belt:
  • Once you have achieved your orange belt you will need fighting equipment (head guard, mitts and leg pads)

Brown Belt:

  • At this level you will need a Bo staff

All equipment can be sourced through your club instructor
